Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed on La Maison du Parfum are prepared and shipped from our warehouse, in partnership with Global Horizon Group for the logistics.
Deliveries are mainly handled by Colissimo , Chronopost and FedEx , depending on the destination area and the mode (standard or express) selected.
Order preparation
The delivery times quoted are after the order has been shipped .
Preparation time depends on the time the order is validated:

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the delivery area , the carrier and the shipping method chosen (standard or express).

*Delivery times are given as an indication by the carriers and may vary depending on periods of high activity (holidays, sales, promotions), transport conditions or possible logistical unforeseen events.
Package tracking & delivery issues
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be given a tracking number to follow the progress of your package on the carrier's website (Colissimo, Chronopost or FedEx, depending on the method chosen).
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is recommended that you:
- to refuse the package or to make specific reservations to the delivery person,
- then contact our customer service as soon as possible, attaching photos of the package and its contents.
This allows us to open a case with the carrier and find the best solution (reshipment, partial refund or other, depending on the case).
Customs, taxes & import fees
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (if this option is available on the Site), the order may be subject to:
- customs duties,
- local taxes,
- import fees upon arrival of the package.
These amounts, where they exist, are not included in the price paid on the Site and remain the responsibility of the recipient .
It is advisable to check with the relevant authorities or customs services of the country of delivery before placing an order.
