Raised in the ancient culture of perfumery, Anaïs Cresp understood that the scents of these addictions were as important as their effects; that the aromas of cafés, bars, bakeries, holidays, and tattoo parlors are part of the reason we always return. Very quickly, Anaïs had an idea: these distinctive scents could be bottled and transformed into perfumes. Perhaps instead of classic perfume notes, you could wear your favorite addiction on your skin.

Aware of the power of fragrance, she conceived the idea of ​​a perfume line inspired by the pleasures and addictions of everyday life. Fortunately, she knew the ideal man to transform this dream into reality: her father, Olivier Cresp, master perfumer behind some of the world's most famous perfumes, including Mugler's iconic Angel, and recognized as the king of gourmand fragrances for many years. Together, father and daughter began sharing ideas, stories, and eventually, perfumes. Very quickly, Akro was born.
